Below is everything you need to know before booking your appointment. If you have questions, please call 7134984649. Please leave your phone number when booking for fast communication.

MASKS REQUIRED

IF YOU ARE SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE

Deposit: A $55 deposit is required in order to purchase the hair and reserve your spot for the appointment.  THE DEPOSIT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR BALANCE.

Must be sent through zelle or cash app! If your deposit is not sent within 24 hrs of booking, your appointment will be canceled until you are able to send it.

*NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT*

 All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I cancel the appointment. The total cost must be paid in CASH!

If your appointment gets rescheduled and you would like to cancel instead, you will get a refund.

The need to know:

• Appointments are not complete until after you send deposit and let me know what color and length.
• WASHES ARE automatically INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE, if you do not want a wash you can subtract $35 from your balance. IF YOU DO NOT let me know you do not want a wash prior to booking, you will be charged the original price.
• If you do not want a wash included in your service, you are to come freshly washed with a full blow-dry 
• All styles come with HAIR INCLUDED. If you want to add color please make mention of the color when booking. If you do not see the color you want, please contact me and I may be able to assist you.
• If you cancel an appointment you will be charged a $35 rescheduling fee in order to reschedule your appointment
• If your hair is long and you would like to make an appointment for a bob style, please inform me before the appointment. 
• If you have any allergies to any products (shine jam) or synthetic hair please inform me in advance. I am NOT responsible for any allergic reactions you may have.
• appointment confirmation will be sent when you schedule online and will include deposit information and location
• If you book a same day appointment, there will be a fee of $50 in addition to your total *TIME IS OF ESSCENCE*
• If you need me to travel to you there will be a $45 traveling fee in addition to your total
• If you would like to schedule an appointment at a time that is not offered on the site please contact me to see if we can make arrangements to get you scheduled.
•  I will NOT rush your hair
• If you are not satisfied with your service, plese let me know before you leave

LATE POLICY: If you are running late please get in contact with me. If you are not in my chair after 15 mins there will be a $35 late fee in addition to your total price. *TIME IS OF ESSCENCE* After 30 mins  with no contact, your appointment will be canceled.

• No call no shows will not be able to reschedule
